Return policy:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase of any item ordered online, feel free to return or exchange the for a full refund of the purchase price less shipping within 10 days of the purchase date.  Please notify us prior to returning.

Damaged items:

All items are fully insured, so please contact us immediately if your item arrived damaged.  Please keep all contents of the box as well as the outside box.  Please notify us within 7 days and do not return any damged items.
